Previously, he worked for nine years as a banking and regulatory lawyer for a big-four audit firm in Zurich, where he headed the Regulatory &amp; Compliance Practise.<\/p><p>Prior to this engagement, Patrick worked for several years in the banking sector in Switzerland and abroad, at last as Head Legal &amp; Compliance at a bank based in Zurich. Patrick started his legal career in a commercial law firm in Luzern, where he also completed his bar examination.<\/p><p>Over the last years, Patrick has gained extensive experience in advising Swiss and international banks, securities dealers, collective investment schemes and asset managers in all fields of financial services law and regulatory compliance. Moreover, Patrick has led various large national and international compliance projects as well as FINMA audit engagements.<\/p><p>Patrick completed his law degree (lic. iur.) at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland in 1997 and holds a master in international banking and finance law (LL.M.) of the University of Zurich.
