In 2016, he joined Mercury Compliance AG as counsel advising clients in private law matters \u2013 in particular corporate and contract law \u2013 as well as in debt enforcement and bankruptcy issues. In addition, he represents companies and entrepreneurs in commercial litigation proceedings before courts and administrative authorities in Switzerland.<\/p><p>For almost 20 years, Hans Ryhner-Seebeck was the presiding judge of the cantonal court of the canton of Glarus. In this capacity, he was also responsible for the supervision of the local debt enforcement and bankruptcy agencies. Since 1996, he practices as a lawyer.<\/p><p>Hans Ryhner-Seebeck has extensive experience in advising medium-sized enterprises and has supported numerous companies in the start-up phase as well as in acquisition- and integration processes. Furthermore, he was in charge of various debt enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings, both on the part of the authorities and as lawyer representing creditors or debtors.<\/p><p>Hans Ryhner-Seebeck studied law at the University of Basel (lic. iur.) and was admitted to the bar in 1982.
